Hemant Manaharlal Kakkad is an industry veteran with deep interests in Technology, Social issues, and Law.

 

He completed his Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering at IIT, Varanasi, and a Master's in Business Law at National Law School of India University, Bangalore (Gold Medal). For the past five years, Hemant has been working with other highly skilled individuals to provide consulting and technical solutions to various clients. Hemant loves to call his company Legal Engineering Company or Legal Aggregator.

 

Hemant has worked with the prestigious Tata Group in various executive positions and with multinationals such as Accenture and Siemens throughout his career. Since 2021, he has been independently running a consultancy firm, Third Eye Digital Legal And Business Services LLP.

 

Hemant has eight technology patents, including one for a chatbot factory, social media analytics, and sharpening golden hour response. These patents are granted in India, the USA, and Australia. He holds moral rights to these patents. Hemant has worked on Mission-Critical Defense projects, Mission-Critical Software Support, Offshore Software Development, Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, and Innovation Engineering.

 

He and his team have worked on multiple pilot projects, including Citizen Services through e-kiosks in the Northeast, Tuberculosis Detection in Mumbai slums, Tackling Child Malnutrition through Tech interventions in Gujarat and Karnataka, and Remote Patient Monitoring of ICU patients in Bengaluru. This experience has helped him see the real India.
